May. 7th, 2011 01:41 pmOccasionally, I forget that there are people who don't know how to use a word processor at all. I don't mean "don't know how to make the text bold" or anything - I mean, don't know how to type.
And then the library reminds me.
He was a very nice man, but I had to explain the backspace key to him three times.
(He did eventually manage to get his letter typed to his satisfaction and printed out. And I issued him a library card. He gets access to library resources and I get a gentle reminder not to be a privileged jerk - an overall library victory, I think.)
