Or rather, a intermediary recipe for the recipe I want to make, which is apple pie with carmelized honey and tamarind vinegar. Today, I made the tamarind vinegar. And after making the tamarind vinegar, I still have most of the block of tamarind pulp.
I have basically no experience cooking with tamarind. I have plans to make some pad thai but other than that, do any of y'all have recipes that include tamarind that you would recommend?
