darchildreSo, I love making shawls, as may now be obvious, considering that I am have three on the needles currently, as well as a half dozen that I've already made hanging around my room. I don't wear them a huge amount, because I get self-conscious whenever I wear anything that I feel draws attention to me or that people might comment on.
A small silver lining of the whole stay-at-home thing is that I don't leave my house, which means I can wear whatever the fuck I feel like. Thus, I am turning into, basically, a mobile pile of multiple layers of long skirts and shawls and cardigans. I am a parody of a library worker, it's fucking great.
I need to get some shawl pins, I think.
