Today is a much better day than yesterday because it is 10:30 am and I have already made 4 pies.

One of them is a chicken and broccoli pie for me to eat throughout the week and the other three are wee emergency freezer pies that I made on a whim because I had leftover piecrust.

Pie makes everything better, really.

If you have the opportunity (and the space), I highly recommend making tiny pies and putting them in the freezer for pie emergencies. I am a big fan of having hoarded freezer desserts and pies are the best.
