- I overcooked it and it very thick, to the point that I have to heat it every time I use it in order to make it spreadable.
- This is something I would probably get better at if I made more jam, but then I'd have to make more jam.
- It's still very tasty.
- It is especially tasty on toast with the Norwegian brown cheese that I had forgotten I had.
- Also, holy shit you guys, brown cheese is so fucking good, how did I forget that I had this in the fridge?
