Mar. 12th, 2022 05:44 pmToday, we went into Seattle to celebrate my sister's birthday, and went to Din Tai Fung for lunch because copious amounts of dumplings are obviously the best celebration. I persuaded everyone that we should finish with the black sesame mochi dumplings for dessert and, oh my god you guys, those are maybe the best things I've ever eaten in my life.
I need to learn to make black sesame-flavored desserts at home because, alas, I cannot go to Seattle to eat dumplings every day.
