Nov. 6th, 2011 10:13 amToday, I have made pumpkin butter. It's currently cooling, so I can't put it in jars yet, but it tastes pretty awesome.
I'm not sure it gets to count as experimental cooking, since the recipe is just "open can of pumpkin, put in pot with spices and sugar and apple juice, simmer for half an hour," but I'm pretty happy with it.
