(no subject)

For the past several days, I have been working on my bloomers again. I'm almost done - the waistband is finished, one leg's completed, and the second just needs to have the ruffle finished and the lacy bits done. And with the waistband done, I can properly try them on.

You guys, I realize that knitting bloomers is mildly ridiculous but they are maybe the most comfortable things ever. I am stupidly tempted to make another pair with significantly longer legs to use as winter pajamas. I'm probably not going to - at least, not soon - because they are made entirely of stockinette in the round which is boring as hell and also I want to try a sweater or cardigan as my next big project, but the temptation is definitely there.

I am so excited about wearing these this winter.
