Great. Not open even half an hour yet, and already I've had a creepy-touchy!patron.

Sir, I don't even know your name. I've never seen you before. You don't get to put your hand on my back while I'm trying to fix your computer. Don't do it again.

Had a pumpernickel bagel for dinner and I think that I've determined at least part of the problem.

I definitely need caraway seeds. They create the licorice-like flavor that was missing from my bread. (I also think that, next time, I'll up the cocoa and espresso powder too.)

That should at least make the bread taste different than run-of-the-mill brown bread.
