While I am more than happy to help you with using the library's downloadable collection, that does not mean that I am capable of acting as general tech support for either your computer or your ebook device. I cannot make your Nook work. I barely know how a Nook is supposed to work, as I find their interface really confusing. I can show you how to download our ebooks and transfer them to your Nook. That is really the extent of my knowledge and, also, my job.
I mean, I will probably try to help you because a) I am that kind of person and b) customer service. But that is really going above and beyond and I don't need you to glare at me when I'm not able to fix a thing that I am in no way trained to fix.n
