darchildreOn differences in perspective:
Today, I am wearing the red-and-black skirt I knit, a white button down, black tie, black tights.
A patron walks in, glances at me, and says, "Well, don't you look festive!"
I do realize that I'm wearing red in December which I suppose does sort of equal "festive", but I have to admit that I put the outfit together thinking, well, I'm having a grumpy day and I should probably warn people: Danger, Do Not Approach.
Possibly I should have included something yellow.
