darchildreSo, at Bainbridge, we are starting a new schedule. We're not open Sundays anymore and, as a result of that, people schedules got all switched around because we don't want anyone to lose hours. For example, I won't be working weekend at Bainbridge anymore and will, instead, be doing the shipment shift on Monday mornings.
However. I didn't realize that the new schedule starts tomorrow. I thought it started at the beginning of February.
I was an hour late to work today, because I was stupid and forgot to check to make sure that I was off. Which I wasn't.
I am off now but I still feel really frelling dumb. Fortunately, the supervisor was very understanding and told me that I'm not the only person this kind of thing has happened to, due to the new schedule. Still, I would rather be an hour early than five minutes late and I have paranoid nightmares about accidentally not showing up to work. So, y'know, not my best day ever.
