Hey, so, my mom pointed this out to me and it looked like it might be fun, so I'm going to give it a whirl.

Hi, I'm Sara! I live in western Washington, work in a library, and enjoy crocheting geeky things. My particular passion is monsters, particularly those from the classic Universal films. You're more than welcome to take a look at the rest of my blog. The crafty stuff is all under the "crafty" tag that you'll find at the bottom of this post.

Here's Frankie!
This guy is about 12 inches tall. He's made from soft and pleasing-to-the-touch acrylic yarn and is very cuddly.
For a chance at Frankie, just hit "feed the birds" at the bottom of the page and leave a comment with your email address. (I realize that many, if not all, of you won't have dreamwidth accounts. That's cool - commenting without an account is perfectly fine, so long as you leave me some way to contact you. EDITED TO ADD - dreamwidth does not automatically link to your blog. Please leave me some way to contact you if you win, or I won't be able to.) I'll pick a comment on February 18th - the day after the event ends - and email the lucky winner!
I'd love it if you could leave a link back to your own blog as well, but that's not required. And if you'd like to see more of my monsters, feel free to check out my etsy shop.
Commenting is now closed! The winner is sunshineshelle!
Thanks, everyone, for participating!
