Today, I had apple-cinammon couscous for lunch.

I like making sweet rather than savory couscous. One time, I made chocolate couscous, which although it still needs some refinements, was pretty awesome.

This one just had butter and brown sugar and cinnamon and apple jam.

This sounds kind of brilliant - the whole "sweet" vs. "savory" couscous.
