You couldn't have waited till tomorrow for the cramps to start? Tomorrow, I don't have to go to work and shelve books for hours. It would be much more convenient if we could schedule these cramps for then.

Since when do I get cramps of the first day of my period anyway? That's nearly always a second day thing.
