darchildreToday, I have an amazing lunch. That is because I have made amazing couscous.
It is buttery and sweet, with brown sugar and cinnamon and dutch-apple jam swirled in it. Probably, it would be even better if it were warm, but alas, one cannot have everything.
Still, even cold, it is pretty darn awesome.
