The Aviary

In increasing increments of dorkiness:

- So, before we went to Victoria, I went and found a whole bunch of fanfic to put on my kindle. A lot of it ended up being Highlander fic. So, I have been reading or rereading a lot of Highlander fic lately.

- And I thought, okay, the whole show is streaming on Netflix, I could watch it. And the other day, I was sick and didn't want to continue my Farscape rewatch, so I started watching Highlander. From the beginning. Season one is...kinda bad, but still oddly enjoyable.

- And then, this evening, calapine posted about Big Finish having a sale tomorrow. I haven't done Big Finish in a while, so I went to the site to browse. ...did you guys know they have Highlander audios now? (I...might be downloading one as I type this. Hell, it can't be worse than early season one, right? Or Minuet in Hell.)

- ...did you also know that Big Finish is going to be putting out a series of audios about the Four Horsemen, with Peter Wingfield and Valentine Pelka in them? I mean, they don't come out till January, by which point this madness will almost certainly have passed but if they were out now, I'm pretty sure that I would have ordered them. (I did kinda set up an email reminder for the day they come out. Just in case.)

I feel kinda like I ought to email Marc and let him know...
