My mom's birthday is on January 1st. I had ordered her some pajamas she wanted - they came this week and I set the package aside to open this weekend (during my normal Saturday "do all the things" time). So I opened it this morning.
It did not contain pajamas. It contained a decorative knitted Christmas stocking.
Okay. So, I went on the website to reorder and start a return. But when I pull up my order, I get an error saying that no items in that order are eligible to return - please contact customer service by calling or filling out this handy form.
I hate calling people, obvs, so I fill out the form. An hour later, I get an email response.
The email just tells me to call them. Why do you have the online form if all I get is the phone number again? What is the purpose of that?
Ugh. I will call them on Monday.
