During the time that we couldn't get together because of All of the Everything, my family decided to generally postpone birthday celebrations. Now we can get together again, so we're planning a big Everybody's Birthday Extravaganza towards the end of July.

This is very exciting because it means I get to buy birthday presents for everyone. I love buying birthday presents.

My youngest sister is going back to school in the fall and put "cool cute school supplies" on her wishlist. So not only do I get to buy birthday presents but I get to buy stationery!

The difficult part is not buying more notebooks for myself. I do not need more notebooks. And yet.

And I'm glad I'm not the only one who likes buying birthday presents (and STATIONERY) for people. I love love love finding the right gift for someone.

...now I kind of want to go buy some notebooks. And maybe some pens.

Buying presents for people is so much fun!! It's my favorite thing about Christmas, honestly. I had a coworker last year (we always did Secret Santa) that requested "cute/fun stationary" items, so I had a blast picking that out. And yes...notebooks and journals, for me. I have so many, and yet...I always, always want more.
