darchildreArgh.
As part of my meal prep this week, I was making a loaf cake and it's a cake that I've made before so I figured I knew how long it needed in the oven so I didn't check it when I took it out and then I needed the loaf pan to make bread so I just tipped the cake out and it wasn't done in the middle and broke and gooshed all over the counter so I was left with a huge mess and no cake at all.
And now I am distraught.
(At least the rest of my meal prep went well and I have chicken adobo for lunches but I have no cake and I am going to be sad about it for a while.)
