darchildreA scene, in which I attempt to help a patron over the phone, who wants to listen to an audiobook on her computer.
Me: Okay, so you've clicked on the title of the book you checked out, so you should be on the page for the item. Do you see a button that says "Listen now in browser"?
Her: No! There's just a button that says "Download mp3 audiobook" and one that says "Listen now in browser"!
Me, despairing: ...If you click on the button that says "Listen now in browser", your book will just start playing.
Her: Oh! It's playing! I did that before and it played for 5 minutes, but I didn't think that was the right thing to do.
Me, face down on the desk: Nope, that's how it works.
