Dear the library-going public,

I realize that they seemed really rad at the time, and you've saved them forever, and you've maybe even got cool display boxes that they go in, and, really, it seems as though they ought to be somehow valuable in some way but I promise you:

Literally no one wants your old issues of Nation Geographic.

Or, maybe there is someone out there who wants them! But I assure you - that someone is not your local library.

We do not want them. The only reason we might want them is to use them in a paper-intensive craft project where your hard-won collection will be demolished at the hands of small children.
