darchildreToday's favorite bit of The Inferno is the part where Dante and Virgil are being menaced by the Furies and Virgil physically turns Dante around and then puts his own hands over Dante's eyes because Dante is such a goober he can't be trusted not to look.
God, this poem is so goofy and weird and enjoyable when I don't have to write papers about it.
