Mar. 15th, 2019 08:59 amThe thing about listening to Friends at the Table while I drive to work in the morning is that most of the time it's great but sometimes it's the end of the first episode of the Miracle of the Mirage holiday special and Grand is being tempted to become the Candidate (!) of Independence and the goddamned Counter/Weight chimes (that I always associate with Rigour and thus find mildly terrifying) go off just that one time on the soundtrack and everything is awful and then...I pull into the parking lot and have to go to work like nothing out of the ordinary is happening.
This is the worst possible timing, you guys, and it is such a long time till my lunch break.
