I took a couple weeks break from Friends at the Table but have now started up again in the middle of Winter in Hieron. Here are some incoherent thoughts about some stuff:

- I took several weeks off but no, I'm still just constantly low-level upset about What Happened to Fantasmo.

- Mostly I mention this because I was listening to episode 21 yesterday and thought, "Man, it sucks that we don't get to see Fantasmo's reaction to the Archives" and then I was sad all over again.

- Also then Fero failed to turn into sand and the whole beach at Rosemerrow disappeared and now I have to go back and figure out what else Fero has failed to turn into this season because Austin's comment about Samot being the Last Wolf Alive was extremely ominous and I am Concerned.

- On a less everything-is-probably-terrible note, Throndir remains the Very Best Boy, even if he is now a secret vampire.

Maybe I will actually make it through the rest of WiH and then Twilight Mirage before Spring in Hieron is over.

(Probably not.)

I'm halfway through Twilight Mirage and I'm not convinced I'm going to get through it before Spring in Hieron is over, there's SO MUCH OF IT. (Don't get me wrong, I really like it, I'm just not sure I'm ever going to actually have time to listen to another podcast in my life.)

I also miss Fantasmo and Fantasmo Reacting To Things; his bombast was such a good foil to the very different kinds of drama that the other characters were bringing.
