I am none of those things! What I am is lazy - I hate cooking and don't want to do it more than once a week. Any meal prep I do is going to contain carbs, sugar, and animal products.
I'm extremely happy those resources are available for people who need them - seriously, that's great - but I do occasionally want tips for people who are meal prepping because they only want to think about food once a week and then never again, rather than apparently all the time.
