Me, some time ago: So I have this conlang that I'm very into, and a story that goes with it (which will never be shared with anyone), and a lot of world-building details, but one world-building detail I don't have yet is a divination system. I should totally make up one of those.
Me: does that*
Me, a little while later: I should probably also make myself a set of cards to go with that divination system and figure out how to do readings, right?

Me, a few weeks ago: Cards...actually don't make sense for the setting at all, this system would actually use stones or small tiles of some kind. Plus, the cards I have just have seneshi words written on them and not pictures (because I can't draw) but smaller tiles would mean small stylized pictures and I could probably do that, right?

*It's based pretty heavily on Lenormand cards, in that the basic meanings are much the same, but the symbols themselves are localized for the setting.
