Jan. 6th, 2019 08:14 amToday is Sunday, so I am making soup and bread and granola bars* that I can take for lunches all week. This is a thing that I started doing in October-ish and then stopped for a while, because we had so much food during the holidays that it didn't make sense to make other food just for me to take it to work.
But! Now the holidays are over and I get to have delicious already-made lunch again!
Today, I am making chicken soup with cauliflower and couscous, and milk bread**. I'm so excited about all of it.
*Okay, I made the granola bars last night, because they have to chill and if I make them on Sunday, I wake up Monday morning and realize that I still have to cut and wrap them before work and that's a pain. Now I can cut and wrap them today.
**I am using this recipe which I have made once before and which was so good - even at the end of the week! - that I may never make any other bread again.
