Jan. 15th, 2012 12:09 pmBaking day! I am making pie - my first pie for the family Pie of the Month club. It has just now gone into the oven.
I'm making this pie, if anyone wants to play along from home. 8) (I didn't use their pie crust, though, because it wants shortening and I prefer an all-butter crust. I used this one, because I've used it before and it's lovely.)
I cannot wait for the pie to come out of the oven.
