- At choir last night, the director announced that we are no longer going to be performing "America" (from West Side Story). My relief cannot be properly expressed.
- Jack seems to be settling in pretty well. This morning, he followed me around the kitchen the whole time I was making lunch. Possibly, he thought I was going to give him something. In any case, it was pretty adorable.
- He does not sit right under your feet during food prep, though. (It wouldn't really work if he did - he's pretty large.) I still miss my Rosie.
- We had volunteers in the library this morning to do extensive dusting. I love that people volunteer and that they want to help us out - that is awesome and those people should be commended and showered with appreciation. But I wish they wouldn't not a) steal all my carts, and b) be constantly in my way.
- It is a pretty quiet afternoon otherwise, so I am doing random internet browsing. Things about the internet that are awesome, #1098: The Bone Room. I could buy a skull over the internet! How cool is that?
- Though, in truth, I don't want a skull. (Well, maybe a small one I could keep in my pocket.) Really, I would buy finger bones. Alas, they seem to be sold out.
