So the Hood Canal Bridge is closed, right? But my mom's best friend lives on the other side of Hood Canal and there's a free foot ferry in the interim, so Mom took that over to see her friend today. Only it's windy, and apparently the ferry is now "out of service due to wind". And Mom has already been dropped off at the foot ferry by her friend. She has no car on that side and while there are supposed to be buses that will drive around, no one apparently has any info on them.
I suppose I should start looking up directions in the even that I need to drive around to get her.
