Dear body,

If you could figure out the difference between me being happily excited about something and me being unhappily stressed about something, that would be awesome.

Seriously, I was listening to Hamilton* really loud on my way to work and I get about 20 minutes of happily bopping along and shouting "Lafayette!" at appropriate intervals and now my hands are shaky and my breathing's uneven and it's a little hard to eat my lunch because my throat doesn't want to swallow.

I do not need these anxiety symptoms! I am not anxious! I just get excited about musical theater - please stop freaking out!

Indeed. Music does that to me, too. I'm like "Hey, this is a song I like! Why are you getting all emotions I don't want along with this one that I do?"
