Eurgh. See, this is the problem when you don't often call in sick to work - I don't actually know how to do that when the Bainbridge library's closed. See, at Kingston, I can leave a message on our answering machine. At Bainbridge, there is apparently some sort of secret internal phone number that is not the normal library phone number. I know I used to have a piece of paper with instructions but the gods only know what I did with it, because I never call in sick.

I have sent my manager an email. I will try again later.




ETA - Ahahaha, the piece of paper is tacked to my bulletin board with other important reminders. Why on earth would I think to look there?

Now the email I sent to my manager is totally embarrassing. Thank the gods I don't have to see any of those people till Monday.
