#6 - brown sugar peach. Made with 2 peaches (yielding one cup of fruit), enough ground ginger to make the fruit smell gingery (measurements, what?), 1/2 cup white sugar, and 1/2 cup brown sugar. Then I added 1 cup white distilled vinegar. I just bottled this one and it smells lovely.
It's Rainier cherry season and that tends to go by pretty fast, so I may go to the store tomorrow to buy some and start a cherry shrub.
