Last week, while I was in Seattle, I went to Lush and bought bath bombs. Which I had never done before. And used one tonight, because the bathroom that I have now has a bathtub and I can use it whenever I want, mwa haha.

They are pretty awesome. It fizzed like crazy and turned my bath water pretty colors and smelled amazing. It is a really good thing that it's kind of a hassle to get to Seattle because I would possibly end up spending way too much money there if I could get to the store every day. I have three more bath bombs but will have to hoard them for special occasions. One of them has glitter in it. One of them is shaped like a robot.

So, what we've learned from this: 1) I am a sucker for bath things, especially if they are also a bit like toys. (Do they still make those bath crayons that you can write on the bathtub with that I had when I was a kid? If so, I need to get me some of those.) 2) I will buy pretty much anything if it is shaped like a robot.

oh man, Lush can get REALLY addictive. Slightly less so since their prices went up a couple years ago--the bath stuff used to be priced right at the point that convinced my brain it was okay to buy a new bomb/bar/etc. after every other shift at the Godiva at the mall, since the walk out to my car took me right past the Lush counter. Their other stuff is really appealing too. Just don't get sucked into the whole cult, it can get really expensive.

(so which ones did you get? :D)

mmm..LUSH.

Hint learned from the lush gal one of the last times i was in an actual store (STORE = SO DANGEROUS) was that you can use a knife to split most bath bombs in half, ergo extending their life. I will say one of the nice things about LUSH items is that a little does go a looooong way. I still have bubble bars that i've just used a few crumbles of from like, years ago.

Shit, i think we're getting a LUSH store in the mall near me.
..danger...
