It's really not cool when you tell me that you have a thing I am looking for and it's on the shelf at the library where I am and then I go and pull it and it is like the thing I am looking for but not actually the thing I am looking for.
I want the Hollander translation of the Commedia. If I wanted a different translation, I would read the Musa version that I already have, not this random one that we have on our shelf that is not the Hollander translation.
Grr.
Now I'm trying to decide if buying it would be stupid. I could get the books used. It wouldn't be terribly expensive. Just, do I really need two different versions of the Commedia? Hmm.
