darchildreToday, my body has apparently decided to be nastily tricksy. I was not nauseated when I woke up. I was not nauseated while making breakfast. And I thought, hurrah, it was one of those temporary better-after-you-sleep things.
After eating breakfast, however, I started feeling nauseated again. And making lunch was incredibly difficult because looking at or smelling food just made everything worse. So lunch is a bagel and an apple (which is probably a mistake*) and copious amounts of mint tea. Also, I have stuffed my pockets with mints and ginger candy to suck on.
...It occurs to me that I may actually be ill in some way, as opposed to experiencing a variation on my normal food-related nausea that happens every couple days or so. Huh.
