- Today, I accomplished nothing. It was pretty great.
- The thing about playing computer RPGs and trying to be evil is that I have problems with the evil conversation options. They're so rude! I feel very strongly that it is completely possible to be both evil and polite. This is maybe because my personal favorite evil tends to be lawful but also because rudeness is just tacky.
- Did not get the solo I tried out for in choir. Ah, well. One cannot get solos all the time. I don't actually feel that bad about getting it but I know myself well enough to know that I'm going to do that snooty thing where I hear other people sing it and think about how I sing so much better. Because I am a jerkface. At least I keep it to myself.
- Have been writing things. I am enjoying NaNo, even if I'm pretty sure I'm not going to win. Having an excuse to make myself write is the important thing, really. Guys, writing romance is hard. Mostly because, sexual attraction - how does it work? Sexual people are confusing and thus very hard to write. Am I allowed to just say that the romantic pairing are both romatic asexuals and be done with it? Because that feels oddly like cheating.
- I took all the music off my mp3 player the other day (because the organization system had fallen apart and also it was too full of things I no longer listen to) and am slowly putting things back on. This leads to going through my music collection and listening to things I haven't heard in years. Common Rotation = still pretty fun.
And that was my day, pretty much.
