darchildreIt is music spam time! Because I have been listening to the Gaslight Anthem in a kind of obsessive way and thus I should obviously share with the internet.
Orphans - Goodbye, circus wheel. May you rest along the sea. I have given you the fire of my youth and the triumph of my enemies. This is the first of their songs that I heard and I was hooked.
High Lonesome - And in my head there's all these classic cars and outlaw cowboy bands. I always kinda sorta wished I was someone else.
Blue Jeans and White T-Shirts - And we sing with our heroes, thirty-three rounds per minute. We're never going home until the sun says we're finished. And I'll love you forever if I ever love at all. Wild hearts, blue jeans, and white t-shirts
The Diamond Church Street Choir - Now the lights go down on the avenue and the cars pass by in the rain. University boys and girls fill the bars while I'm just waiting on the light to change.
We're Getting a Divorce, You Keep the Dinner - It's alright, man, I'm only bleeding, man. Stay hungry, stay free, and do the best that you can. I am okay with the fact that I like this song so much mostly because of the zombies.
The Queen of Lower Chelsea - So we're hustling under but we're fast asleep and we keep it down when we take a beating. Yeah, we keep it down with the radio on, and if you find a good man, don't take him home. I am a little bit obsessed with this song. To the point where I almost annoy myself.
And hey, they're gonna be in Seattle next month. I am excited.
