darchildreOne of my coworkers overheard me talking to a patron and told me that I am admirably clear and concise when dealing with the public.
I think that I will just accept the compliment, rather than admitting that the reason I am clear and concise when dealing with the public is that my goal in any conversation with people I don't know (and some with people I do) is to make the conversation end as quickly as possible.
