During the last hour or so, Dad and I have heard three low, distant booms, coming from...somewhere. We're not sure where. We're not sure what they could be - they don't sound like gunshots or fireworks. To me, it sounds a little like someone shaking a really big metal sheet. The sounds aren't rhythmic, which rules out a big stompy monster, but beyond that, we're stumped.

If I come home from work today and Poulsbo's gone, I guess I'll have been warned.
