It would be nice if the Female Protagonist simply had a supportive Boyfriend/Husband (regardless of if said partner is in STEM.) ::rolls eyes:: Why is that so difficult? Although if she had a supportive female partner, that would also be awesome, I think it would be nice (and possibly beneficial for society) if men were just also expected to be supportive partners, rather than it being normal for them to belittle their partner over something just because it's not their personal field of expertise.
