darchildreAfter the poll yesterday, I:
- Did briefly try to watch Critical Role but then realized that where I stopped was in the middle of a long long period of planning and trying to work out travel logistics so I yelled "Get off the boat!" at the screen until I got too bored and then stopped. I will try again when future episodes assure me that getting through this period of boredom will lead to something interesting happening.
- Listened to the first five episodes of season 3 of The Magnus Archives. Only five, because I am trying to pace myself and not run out too quickly. It is still entirely delightful and now I find myself wanting to text MISTER SPIDER DOESN'T LIKE IT to my sister Katie at random intervals (replacing my previous urge to text her "there is a wasps nest in my attic" over and over). This won the poll and was the correct answer - I should have started here instead of Critical Role.
- Watched The Tempest in the evening. Which was excellent in a way that I don't feel smart enough to talk about coherently but I do want to watch it again, as well as the other two entries in the trilogy as soon as the library can be persuaded to provide them to me.
- Did a lot of knitting. I have about 6 more rows on the bottom hem of the sweater to do, and then the second sleeve and I'm done.
