(no subject)

I am having a Not Good week, wherein I am caught in a vicious cycle between anxiety and bad sleep - I sleep poorly, which exacerbates my anxiety, and then I can't sleep because I'm anxious. It's super great.

I am coping by singing The Mary Ellen Carter under my breath over and over again.
