- I've started buying cut flowers from the grocery store on occasion to keep on my room where I can see them all the time and it's really very nice. I bought some pink carnations today and they're lovely.
- Some time ago, I went through a period where I was wearing my hair up in a scarf most days and it occurred to me the other day that I missed that, so I have started doing it again. And bought some new scarves, so now I have some that are slightly sparkly.
- Also, I told my mom I had bought new scarves and she gave me one that had belonged to my grandmother, that Granny had gotten from her mother. It is black with flowers on it and is so soft, and I am wearing it today.
- Beyond my normal weekend chores, I have nothing at all I have to do this weekend which is great, as I've been mildly exhausted all week. I am about a third of the way done with my current sweater project, so my plan is to spend the weekend listening to Children of Ruin and working on that.
