I got my second vaccine yesterday and, just in case I had adverse side effects, took Monday off from work.

As yet, I've had no noticeable side effects* at all except a sore arm, which means that, basically, I have entire free day tomorrow during which I have nothing I have to do.

I'm tempted to spend the entire day playing Starforged.




*I mean, I'm tired and I have a headache, which are on the list of possible side effects but also on the list of "things that happen to me constantly", so it's hard to count those.

Side effect symptoms have now arrived - I have some mild nausea (different from my normal everyday nausea and therefore novel!) and muscle aches, along with the general mental fuzziness and inability to focus I associate with being ill.

(My voice also slips a half-octave lower and develops significantly more vocal fry whenever I feel sick too, which was honestly my first indication that I had started feeling off. I wonder why I do that - it's not like there's anything affecting my vocal cords. Possibly it has to do with fatigue, as I think it also happens when I'm very tired.)

Anyway. Fortunately, I cunningly took a five month hiatus from watching Critical Role and only started catching up yesterday, so I have literally endless entertainment in the event that I still lack the ability to focus on anything tomorrow.
