- About a month ago, I decided to give myself two random days off in March, so that I would have a couple random three-day weekends to look forward to. Tomorrow is one of my random vacation days and it will be so nice to have a day where a) I don't have to work and b) I don't have regular chores or errands scheduled.
- Do you guys have that thing, where there's a small quote or turn of phrase from a book or a movie or whatever that becomes a part of your inner vocabulary but sounds weird and none of the people around you would recognize it so you can't actually use it in conversation? One of my is "It makes me so —ing despondent," from The Truth by Terry Pratchett - it sums up a very particular feeling but sounds so weird when said aloud. What are some of yours?
- I mention the above because this week, both of my thumbnails have broken and I had to cut them very short. This means that I can't properly play my kalimba until my nails grow back, even though I have written a new tab that I'm pretty happy with and it makes me so —ing despondent.
