- I find myself seized with a desire to revisit Sapphire & Steel. Alas, I am at work and thus can't really do so. I think my brain went "I have been watching the Avengers" -> "I should watch Man from UNCLE" -> "I don't have Man from UNCLE" -> "I should watch Sapphire & Steel!" without really informing me about the intervening steps. Still, it's not a bad idea.
- I also find myself wanting to rewatch Maltese Falcon which would, at least, take less time. I have no actual reason for that desire, though. Except that Maltese Falcon is awesome. Maybe I should reread the book.
- Relatedly, I was reading/listening to something the other day that used the word "gunsel" in the "gun-toting hoodlum" sense. Which always made me laugh. I cannot for the life of me remember now what it was - was it a comic book? - but I remember snickering at it.
- Sometimes, when I am navigating the interwebs, it feels a bit like certain websites are in certain directions. Like, livejournal is a slight left, dreamwidth is a somewhat sharper right turn, google is a fairly hard left. Does that happen to anyone else?
- Today is seriously the slowest day at the library ever. I am so looking forward to going home.
