Oh man, it has been raining since I woke up, and now there is scattered distant thunder, and a cool wet breeze through my window, I'm wearing a shirt that says "I love autumn", and I get to wear a jacket when I go out today.

Today is great.

The rain and lightning and thunder have been welcome companions for the last few days, because they're part of the signals that say a new season is coming, and I find that I need those more than I previously had imagined.
