When I am queen of everything, everyone who comes into the library looking for, say, book 4 of a particular series will know the exact title of that particular book.

Or, alternatively, all books in series will have what number they are in the series listed in the library catalog.

Or, ideally, both.

OH MY GOD I wish it were a law that books in a series had to have the # in the series somewhere in the title.

I love the Golden Eagle pulp novels because it has the number right on the spine!

Gods, yes. I've been having a hell of a time with urban fiction series practically beefcake people don't know Ann's the publishers and the catalogs don't say. Thank Prime for the Interwebs and their incessant need to catalog and categorize everything.
